A classic Belgian-style wheat beer spiced with bitter and sweet orange peel and coriander. One third of the batch was soured and blended back in for a light but thirst quenching tartness. Brewed with malted barley, malted and unmalted wheat, malted oats and flaked rye and fermented with phenolic Belgian yeast for a true farmhouse experience.
